Shipping Time

Processing time is from 2-5 business days. Shipping time is approx. 7 to 14 business days. However, due to weather conditions and or any other circumstances out of our control, shipping time maybe delay. 

*Please note: Flash sale items are not eligible for int'l shipping. Those items are only eligible for domestic 48 states shipping.

 

Duties & Taxes

If shipping outside USA, customs duties may apply. You should contact your local customs office for more information. Price of items do not include local duty fees. 

We do not reimburse shipments that is withheld by customs.  It is the customers responsibility to clear any items from customs.

Returns & Exchanges

Our return policy is 7 days.  Please contact us within 7 business days of your orders delivery date.  Refund or exchange will not be offered exceeding the 7 business days time period. 


Items returned must be in NEW Condition, unused and in their original packaging.  Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Return Procedure:

  1. Contact us within 7 days upon receiving your item by emailing us at support@onetify.com.
  2. Ship your item out within 5 days after return confirmation has been provided by our RMA/Customer Support Team via email.

Return requests received more than SEVEN (7) days after the date of delivery are not eligible for returns.


The item must be shipped with a valid tracking within 5 business days once you have received the RMA email confirmation. Item will not be accepted if it is shipped after 7 business days. 


Case lots must be returned in the original shipping carton with all individual items unopened. 


No partial returns will be accepted. Return shipping for merchandise authorized by Onetify to be returned to Onetify shall be at the customer's expense unless with prior written consent or arrangement provided by Onetify. 


Please note that Buyer's will be responsible for eligible returns with a 20% restocking fee.
