Shipping time:
Processing time for int’l shipping : 2 to 5 business days
Shipping time : For Canada, UK, Germany, France, Australia and New Zealand Approximately 10 to 21 business days..
Other countries : 14 to 30 business days.
Shipping time for int’l shipments may take longer as custom may require extra time to clear an entrance and we have no control on that.

Please note that Onetify will not bear any cost related to import duties or VAT. It is the recipient's sole responsibility to pay the duties and any VAT associated with the order. We do not provide refunds on any int’l orders where the item is not retrieved by the recipient due to duties. We will forward all credit card chargeback on all orders to a local collection agency to retrieve our lost and additional collection fee may apply and will be responsible for the buyer.
Currently we do not ship Furniture items outside the USA.
All shipments comes with a tracking number.
*Please note that if the tracking number for the shipment indicated delivered on the carrier site, we are not responsible for further tracking or lost package.
Onetify will be responsible for lost shipment until the package shows delivered on the carrier website. If the package shows delivered and you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly as the recipient and provide them the tracking number for reference.
Lost Package
If your package is lost in transit, Onetify will ship you another one. However, if the status provided by the couriers as delivered, we will not reimburse or ship another unit one. Due to the recent Covid19 outbreak, shipping time may take longer than usual to arrive. If the package does not show movement in 30 days for domestic and 75 days for international shipping then it is consider as a lost shipment.
