Do I need to be on Shopify?
Yes. Our dropship program runs through the Shopify Collective channel, which is what makes syncing products so simple — our catalog appears in your admin and imports in a few clicks.
Who ships the order — and whose name is on it?
We pick, pack, and ship every order. Packaging is unbranded, so nothing points your customer back to us.
How do payments work?
All payments are processed through Shopify. Your customer pays you at checkout as normal, and what you owe us for the product is settled automatically through the channel — no separate invoices to chase.
How do I set my prices?
However you want. You pay our discounted rate; anything you charge above it is yours. Most sellers price at or near our retail price and keep the difference.
What happens with returns?
You handle the conversation with your customer, since it's your store they bought from. Contact us and we'll sort out the replacement or refund on our side.
Is there a contract or a minimum I have to hit?
No. There's no commitment, no monthly quota, and no penalty for a slow month. Sell one item or a thousand.
